Have the Phillies signed Pedro Martinez??

A Dominican Republic newspaper reported today that the Phillies agreed to a one year deal with Pedro Martinez worth $4 million. ESPN is reporting that Martinez will work out for the Phillies this Friday.
Ruben Amaro, Jr. told Comcast Sportsnet that he has not signed Pedro and he is not visiting Philadelphia for a physical. Amaro would not comment on any other speculation.
